Wood from the sea

Driftwood, driftwood — felled or fallen trees, branches floating in the ocean or in a river and thrown ashore.

Wood from the sea is very durable: it does not dry out, does not crack, is not afraid of water, is practically not subject to rotting, wood-boring beetles avoid it.

Driftwood is a new word in wood processing.

The fusion of the sculptural perfection of nature and the boundless human imagination.

You should definitely take a closer look at such things, they carry the unbridled spirit of the sea. Regardless of whether you are looking for unusual and unique things for your interior or want to make a nice gift to your loved ones. Each such thing is unique, which you will certainly see for yourself when you find examples of our work on the pages of this site.

Driftwood is a unique natural material: it is created by water, sun and wind. The tree ends up in the sea, the waves grind it down and soak it in salt

Here are our works made from pieces of wood brought by storms to the shores of the Black Sea. Salted by the sea, they do not need additional processing.

Who can process wood better than nature itself?

This is a wonderful material that has traveled a long way, survived many adventures, temperature and pressure changes in the sea. It is completely natural, created by water, sun and wind and environmentally friendly. Such wood is no longer afraid of any external influences and is very durable, the content of sea salts inside is at least 15%! And it is also incredibly beautiful, caressed by sea waves, it has an excellent texture and polish. Very pleasant to the touch and does not leave splinters. Thanks to this material and the rich imagination of our craftsmen, works from such wood look very unusually interesting and noble.

Driftwood is a natural material that will look cool in any interior and will help save money.

Driftwood furniture is environmentally friendly furniture. And if you suddenly decide to do some hand-made work, just find a tree on the beach or in the forest. Designers create fantastic driftwood furniture. There are chairs, mirrors, shelves, tables and lamps. What is especially wonderful about driftwood is that you don’t need to process it. Just pile the branches, add glass on top and voila! You have a table in front of you. A driftwood can become the basis for a lamp, for a chair – just put a pillow on top. And if you have a summer house on the shore – you simply have to appreciate this selection!

It is nature that acts as an artist here, the wood, soaked in sea salt and dried by the northern wind, acquires an incredible color and texture.

Each piece of wood becomes a work of art.

For some, it is just a piece of wood, but we see them as art objects.

If you are looking for an unusual gift or decoration for your home.
